Requirements

  • At least five years’ experience in sales leadership, preferably within a healthcare or comparable industry.
  • A proven track record of leadership, increasing sales and market share from your previous positions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with strong quantitative abilities to match, working in sales databases.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills functioning within a customer centric environment.
  • Comfortable as the sales leadership example for others.
  • Travel in the field and being in office at the Branch is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all field sales operations, ensuring effective communication and support for the sales team
  • Set and monitor sales goals for representatives, providing coaching and collaborative strategies to enhance customer engagement
  • Foster a competitive yet ethical sales environment that aligns with our core values
  • Motivate the sales team to work toward common objectives, embracing the diligence required for success
  • Utilize Salesforce and other technology to measure, track, and analyze sales activities effectively
  • Focus on increasing market share in the local area through strategic leadership and insight
  • Develop and mentor team members, facilitating honest conversations to drive improvement and growth
  • Analyze metrics and generate reports to communicate the cost-effectiveness and ROI of sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships within a distribution-focused sales organization
  • Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to enhance business operations and drive growth
