About The Position

Henry Schein is a health solutions company powered by a network of people and technology. Our 900+ Team Schein Members in Canada work together to support dental and medical practitioners, practices and businesses providing supplies, equipment, service, and digital technology driven through an all-encompassing business solutions approach. This role is based in our Toronto (Concord) Branch and requires travel throughout the territory and attendance in the office as needed to run an effective and efficient business. Requirements

  • Strong leadership capability with a track record of progressive leadership roles: coaching, developing, and motivating teams
  • Experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and operational management
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Dental or healthcare related industry experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a regional sales strategy focused on market share growth in our largest branch in Canada, focused on new customer acquisition, and retention
  • Responsible for managing full branch P&L accountability, driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Field Sales Consultants, Equipment Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, and Branch leaders
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technical Services, Equipment & Technology, Multi-Site, and HR teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Drive a busy, strong performance-driven culture aligned to Henry Schein Values
  • Drive consultative selling approaches, strengthening customer relationships and delivering full-service solutions
  • Lead talent planning, recruitment, and succession development to build bench strength across the region
  • Oversee branch operations, including inventory, DSO, expenses, and overall operational excellence
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, dashboards, and scorecards to track performance and drive business insights
