About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new points of distribution, visiting retailers and communities to evaluate needs, promote products, service sales, and follow-up. This role involves maintaining customer records, answering questions about products, prices, and availability, quoting prices, and contacting customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs. The manager will emphasize product features based on customer needs and technical knowledge, and assist in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (in Marketing or Business preferred) or equivalent relevant, related experience
• Minimum of 2- 5 years related experience with progressive sales responsibilities.
• Strong analytical aptitude
• Problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to be creative, strong presentation skills and a self-starter
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills
• Possess strong negotiation skills

• Assist in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
