About The Position

Wash N’ Roll is looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts throughout the Alabama/Fayetteville area. This is a working manager position. You’ll be responsible for leading and developing your sales team, driving membership sales across the region, and actively selling alongside your team. We’re looking for someone competitive, dependable, energetic, and comfortable holding themselves and others accountable for results.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Leadership or management experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable coaching and holding employees accountable
• Willingness to work outside and interact with customers throughout the day
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel between locations
• Ability to work approximately 40–50 hours per week
• Availability to work a flexible schedule when needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales representatives throughout the Alabama/Fayetteville area
• Drive monthly membership sales and help locations reach company goals
• Actively sell memberships alongside your team
• Train, coach, and develop sales representatives
• Set expectations and hold team members accountable for performance
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers
• Help create schedules and ensure proper sales coverage at assigned locations
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
• Communicate results, challenges, and staffing needs with leadership
• Maintain a positive, competitive, and professional sales culture
• Travel between locations within the assigned region as needed
