ROCKWOOL is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Canada to join their Sales team. The ideal candidate will be based in Quebec with a territory covering Ottawa/Gatineau, Quebec, and the Atlantic Canada provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador). This position reports to the Director of Sales, has 3 direct reports and requires 40% overnight travel. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team while also playing a key role in translating data into regional growth strategies, driving market expansion, and enhancing the customer experience through actionable insights.
