The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a regional growth plan to achieve sustainable revenue and gross profit growth. The manager will identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities with end users, target customers, and distributor partners, while also expanding existing customer relationships. The role requires developing expert knowledge of the 80/20 product portfolio to assist customers and distributor partners in solving business challenges and creating value. Strengthening distributor partnerships through joint planning, coaching, product support, and ongoing business development is a key aspect, as is recruiting and developing distributor partners where needed. The manager will represent 80/20 with professionalism and integrity, coordinating with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer and partner experience. Maintaining accurate CRM data, opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and regional business plans, along with sharing market insights and customer feedback, are crucial. The role also champions continuous improvement to enhance execution, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate regional growth.
