Directs programs and personnel involved in Account Executive activities related to the Company. Responsible for promoting the Company mission, vision, and values, and for hiring, orienting, training, and evaluating the performance of staff involved in Account Executive activities. Evaluates the performance of Account Executives in initiating and maintaining contact with physicians, key hospital departments, and other healthcare facilities to serve as an education resource. Maintains positive relationships with healthcare professionals and the community to ensure open communication and improve care. Assists in developing yearly Account Executive plans, financial resources, and materials. Complies with the Company’s Compliance Program and HIPAA regulations. Provides effective communication to clients, families, team members, and other healthcare professionals. Demonstrates commitment and professional growth through in-service programs and continuing education.
