About The Position

Fox Factory's Performance Vehicle Division (PVD) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast territory. This role is ideal for an automotive enthusiast with proven B2B sales experience who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth. The PVD transforms factory vehicles into premium specialty trucks and SUVs with world-class suspension systems, premium interiors, and performance upgrades, sold through franchise dealerships. As the Northeast Regional Sales Manager, you will be the primary business partner to dealerships in your territory, helping them grow sales and representing a leading specialty vehicle portfolio.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive, OEM, dealership, or aftermarket sales experience.
  • Established relationships with dealership owners, general managers, sales managers, and decision-makers.
  • Strong business development and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and web-based business applications.
  • A passion for trucks, SUVs, and the automotive lifestyle.
  • Reside within the assigned territory (ME, NH, or VT).
  • Willing to travel extensively throughout the region, including regular overnight travel.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, Jeep, Nissan, and other franchise dealerships.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic business development and account management.
  • Prospect new dealership opportunities and expand Fox Factory's dealer network.
  • Develop quarterly and annual sales forecasts by product line, vehicle platform, and SKU.
  • Maximize revenue per vehicle through product mix and value-based selling.
  • Implement best practices that improve dealership sales performance and retail success.
  • Conduct regular in-person dealership visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and ride-and-drive events.
  • Identify new vehicle platforms, emerging market opportunities, and business development initiatives aligned with Fox Factory's growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches and dealer support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, sales forecasts, and pipeline management.
