Ritz-Craft is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to grow and manage a defined sales territory through strategic builder relationships, business development, and consultative sales execution. This is not a passive account management role. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market share, developing new builder relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, and managing projects from opportunity through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a driven B2B sales professional with experience in construction, building products, modular/off-site construction, or related industries who understands how to balance relationship management with disciplined sales execution. This position requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage a complex consultative sales process.
