About The Position

This role involves managing 5–7 sales representatives, driving new business, and helping develop and strengthen our sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales leadership, preferably in industrial or packaging sectors
  • Ability to mentor and develop sales talent
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • A college degree or equivalent experience from the “school of hard knocks.” We value results over titles

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes regional sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Coaches, mentors, and motivates a team of 5–7 sales representatives
  • Builds strong relationships with key accounts and prospects
  • Analyzes market trends and identifies growth opportunities
  • Maintains a positive attitude and manages multiple priorities with ease
  • Has strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals
  • Is a proactive leader who seeks continuous improvement
  • Resides in the Midwest region
