Ferring is building a team to launch a novel biologic product, which, if approved, would be an only-in-class intradiscal intervention. The interventional spine team seeks an entrepreneurial, strategic, and customer-oriented Regional Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing, launch-ready sales team. The manager will support promotional strategy, drive execution across sites of care, and increase brand awareness within pain and interventional spine specialties, aiming to achieve organizational performance goals. This position requires a leader capable of building a new market and introducing a new treatment option within established clinical practice. The role is critical for launch execution, organizational development, and long-term market expansion.
