About The Position

Proudly recognized as one of Canada's Best Workplaces! We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our efforts and drive growth across Atlantic Canada. In this role, you will champion Axis products, solutions, and services, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help customers realize the full value of their investments. You will collaborate with our partner ecosystem—including integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users—to provide expert knowledge on our network cameras, analytics, access control, intercoms, IP audio, and video management software. This is an individual contributor role located in Halifax. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, and able to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Collaborative with strong teamwork and relationship management skills.
  • A strong sense of urgency to achieve goals, and deliver results, under tight timelines.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; or relevant work experience such as electronic trade training.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Previous experience in technology, security, or related industry background
  • Strong technical background with experience in cameras, and computer networks preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Understand customer business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events to showcase Axis solutions.
  • Promote the benefits of Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Work closely with Technology Partners to deliver customized solutions.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, participate in educational events, and share insights internally.
  • Prepare sales reports detailing new and ongoing projects.
  • Utilize CRM to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.
