The Global Filter Regional Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales and will be based in our Eastern Canada region. The Regional Sales Manager position is critical to our business both in terms of long-term success and day-to-day operations. This individual is responsible for account maintenance and growth within their geographic territory. This growth is to come from the addition of new accounts as well as further development of existing customers. The expectation is that this individual will have an exceptional attitude, customer-first mentality, willingness to study and learn the products and accounts, develop, and employ strategy, and possess the motivation required to enable success. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated quick learner, highly organized and focused, with sufficient technical inclination and a strong bias for action. The candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, analytical skills, & the technical knowledge to adapt to customers’ needs through problem solving. We are looking for someone who is tenacious at heart and enjoys the challenge of building new relationships and helping customers quickly and effectively solve problems. The Regional Sales Manager must also effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization and be comfortable presenting and utilizing video and/or phone conferencing tools.
