Clarke Power Solutions, is searching for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for cultivating the Second Level Dealer Network and Rental Channel for the Perkins Engine Aftermarket business. This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to leverage your technical service background and sales expertise to build strategic partnerships that keep critical Industrial equipment running strong. The Regional Sales Manager – Aftermarket role is responsible for the strategic growth of Perkins parts sales throughout Clarkes distribution territory. Appoint and collaborate with a high performing Dealer network and Rental channel partners to drive a mature channel to market sales plan, maximizing the business potential in the lifecycle space. The Regional Sales Manager - Aftermarket consistently grows part sales, along with meeting the expectations of the regional, national, and global Perkins OEMs and customers. Ideal candidate must be located within the 26-state territory

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the management of Dealer or Distributor networks is a must with Industrial, diesel engine or on highway trucking a plus.
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship Building Skills

  • Strategic Sales Skills to provide continued aftermarket sales growth

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

  • Joint Pillar Lead in Distributor Excellence for Aftermarket Strategy
  • Establish and Manage sales plan for Parts and SRE Engines
  • Perform Dealer Evaluations and Performance Reviews/Audits
  • Direct Dealer Parts and Service Sales Rep Activity
  • Identify Needs for Aftermarket Sales Training in Network
  • Present, coordinate and/or participate in sales meetings, trade shows and conventions to promote Clarke Powered Solution and Perkin’s products.
  • Work with our Marketing team to generate sales materials to showcase Clarke Powered Solutions product offerings and services.
  • Assist with budget forecasting, customer credit term recommendations, and overall territory strategy.
