The Regional Sales Lead – Architectural is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, general contractors, glazing contractors, and façade consultants across the assigned North American territory. This role drives specification and sales of Valmont Facades' engineered façade systems — including Atmosphere, Aurora, and Transit Mesh — together with our broader portfolio of perforated, expanded, woven mesh, and laser-cut metal solutions. The role owns regional sales performance, develops strategic territory plans, achieves sales and profitability targets, and grows market share across commercial, institutional, transportation, and mixed-use building segments. This role contributes directly to sustainable business growth by strengthening Valmont's position as the trusted partner for architectural metal façades, deepening long-term A&D and contractor relationships, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable design, performance, and lifecycle value.
