The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, building business cases, and closing deals for a FinTech/HCM platform designed for construction and government contractors to manage Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage compliance. Average deal sizes range from $10K to $100K ARR. While support from marketing and internal teams is available, the individual will be responsible for driving the sales process independently.
