About The Position

eBacon is seeking a hunter for the role of Regional Sales Executive, focusing on new logo acquisition within the B2B SaaS space. This position is responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, within a defined territory in the West region. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, building business cases, and closing deals for a FinTech/HCM platform designed for construction and government contractors to manage Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage compliance. Average deal sizes range from $10K to $100K ARR. While support from marketing and internal teams is available, the individual will be responsible for driving the sales process independently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with proven quota attainment.
  • Comfort selling in the $10K-$100K ARR range.
  • Ability to build a business case and handle price objections.
  • Outbound-first mindset.
  • Strong discovery instincts; ability to ask questions before pitching.
  • Willingness to learn industry context, specifically HR and payroll operations in the construction space.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to provide documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract across a defined West region territory.
  • Prospect, qualify, build business cases, and close deals.
  • Build pipeline and close deals within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales activities with a focus on new logo acquisition.
