RUCKUS Networks is a global leader in advanced wired and wireless networking solutions, delivering industry-leading connectivity experiences for the hospitality market. We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales Director (RSD) to lead our North American Hospitality sales organization. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue execution across the United States and Canada by leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic channel partnerships, ensuring forecast accuracy, and executing the North American hospitality sales strategy. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with strong operational discipline, exceptional coaching skills, and a proven ability to build predictable sales execution through partner engagement and disciplined pipeline management. This position works closely with the Global Hospitality Strategy Leader, who owns worldwide hospitality strategy, hotel brand relationships, and long-term market direction. The ideal candidate for this role will reside either in the United States or Canada.
