As a Regional Sales Director, you will drive the growth of life and living benefits sales across the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN), an exclusive group of independent business owners representing Desjardins Insurance. You will act as a strategic ambassador for Desjardins, engaging at industry conferences, regional events, and Agent’s offices to enhance brand presence and foster connections. You will collaborate closely with independent agents and their teams to champion innovative sales strategies, provide education on insurance concepts, and identify tailored solutions for clients. Your role is to inspire, influence, and lead to unlock new opportunities and accelerate sales performance. You will build and nurture strong relationships across your territory using exceptional presentation and communication skills. Your deep expertise in life and living benefits products and a proven track record in territory development will position you as a trusted advisor and growth catalyst. This role specifically supports agents within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), contributing to the expansion and success of the dedicated sales force.
