About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join the team in the St. Louis area. The role assesses patients’ nutritional needs and develops individualized meal plans to promote health and recovery. The dietitian works closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality nutritional care to residents, travels between facilities to support survey readiness and conduct kitchen inspections, and provides nutrition education and counseling to patients and families.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition plans.
• Travel between facilities to ensure survey readiness and conduct kitchen inspections.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition programs.
• Collaborate with medical staff to support patient care plans.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families on nutrition and healthy eating habits.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with research and advances in dietetics and nutrition.
