About The Position

This role involves leading a team of 3-4 members responsible for achieving hiring goals within a designated territory. The position requires active engagement with potential candidates through social media and professional networks, crafting recruitment communications, and collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements. Key responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques, developing talent pipelines, measuring recruitment conversion rates, promoting the employer brand, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves communicating with past applicants about new job opportunities and partnering with stakeholders to recruit hourly talent. This includes posting open positions through internal HR systems and external job boards, sourcing candidates proactively, arranging phone screens and on-site interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in recruitment or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Team lead overseeing 3-4 team members in a shared geography.
  • Achieve hiring goals for assigned territory.
  • Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Develop talent pipelines for hiring needs.
  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline.
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to find and hire hourly talent for openings.
  • Responsible for posting open positions as needed according to Recruiter specifications, including internally through the HR System, WorkDay and to job posting sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc).
  • Source candidates proactively through networks, job boards, internal databases, and community organizations
  • Arrange candidate phone screens according to candidate and interviewer availability.
  • Coordinate on-site candidate interviews.
  • Ensure that candidates have seamless, positive on-site experience.
