About The Position

The Regional Quality Control Manager oversees the company’s quality control program across portions of Arkansas, Missouri, and Southeast Kansas. The position develops and implements quality control policies and procedures, monitors program metrics, and ensures projects comply with legal, regulatory, and company quality standards. The manager works with project managers, other departments, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors to support consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle and efficient use of company resources. The role includes approximately 25% travel to project sites, facilities, and partner locations within the assigned region.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and oversee the company’s quality control program, including monitoring and reporting on quality control metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality control standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate and uphold quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver quality control training programs to project teams and other stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities for quality control process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
