About The Position

You will collaborate closely with site managers, maintenance staff, leasing agents, and other key stakeholders to ensure that all properties under your jurisdiction meet financial goals and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and teams effectively.
• In-depth understanding of property management laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial statements.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management operations in the assigned region to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional property management teams to achieve business goals and professional development.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams to address tenant concerns promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for properties within the region.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across all managed properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed timely and within budget.
