•$100,000 - $127,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Regional Property Manager provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the operations of a large portfolio of properties, promoting safe and attractive homes, high-quality service, resident satisfaction, associate engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial results. The portfolio may include properties in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and/or Pennsylvania. This is a hybrid position with three to four onsite days each week at either the Baltimore or Columbia headquarters office; the assigned primary office is determined by the manager. The Regional Property Manager directly manages 7–10 Property Managers and carries out related supervisory duties, including hiring, training, work assignment, performance evaluation, and addressing employee concerns. The position is expected to average 40 hours per week, though additional work time will likely be required because of the nature of property management and its administrative demands. Video conferencing is used frequently, often multiple times in a workday.
