The Regional Program Manager (RPM) is responsible for the on-site operational management and oversight of assigned Sound Physicians anesthesia program(s). In partnership with the Program Medical Director and/or Chief CRNA, the RPM may be the primary point of contact with the hospital, working directly with C-suite executives, other key leaders, and support staff to manage anesthesia operations, quality, safety, patient experience, provider well-being, and provider/provider group performance. The RPM will have a visible presence at the assigned hospitals and/or systems and will focus on establishing professional relationships with the anesthesia team, hospital C-suite executives, and surgeons. This role supports a larger regional team that oversees anesthesia programs across multiple states and reports to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) or Regional VP of Operations (RVP), with triad accountability to the Program Medical Director (PMD) and Chief CRNA.
