Requirements

Leadership skills with a team-building mindset.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Prior successful management experience in a capital retail goods operation, preferably in agriculture equipment.
Prior experience in goal setting, budgeting, personnel management, and demonstrable successful marketing and sales experience.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Driver’s license with a good driving record.
