About The Position

The Process & Operational Support Buyer is responsible for supporting procurement operations through effective process management, supplier collaboration, and logistics coordination. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing inbound supply chain activities, while maintaining compliance and strong supplier performance standards.

Requirements

5+ years experience in procurement operations with a focus on process and efficiency improvement.
Min 3 years experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Continuos improvement mindset.
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working according to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Must be a team player with clear and concise communication skills, written /and verbal.

Responsibilities

Direct support for Team Lead Procurement operations US.
Lead and support ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) processes with key suppliers, including K&N
Ensure timely and accurate ASN creation, transmission, and issue resolution
Create, maintain, and improve work instructions and standard operating procedures
Work with Team Lead to Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze performance trends and recommend improvements
Support Operational Buyers in best practices to improve efficiency
Training of new Buyers.
Support Team Lead to Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics processes
Support inbound logistics optimization and goods receipt processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shipment and delivery issues
Monitor and enforce supplier compliance with company standards
