Regional Partnership Coordinator "VI" (2026-13-11)

University of WindsorWindsor, ON
Onsite

About The Position

The Regional Partnership Coordinator (RPC) supports the University of Windsor’s global engagement agenda by coordinating institutional partnerships, regional intelligence, and international engagement activities within an assigned geographic portfolio. This role is part of a broader institutional shift toward a more coordinated and strategic approach to global engagement, including the expansion of transnational education (TNE), research partnerships, and global learning opportunities. Working within the strategic framework established by the Associate Vice-President, Global Engagement, the RPC plays a coordination and integration role, ensuring that partnership activity across education, transnational education (TNE), mobility, and international research collaboration is coherent, well-documented, and aligned with institutional priorities and governance frameworks. While the role is coordination-focused and does not lead partnership strategy or negotiations, it plays a critical enabling function—supporting informed decision-making, surfacing regional insights, and ensuring institutional engagement is well-coordinated and positioned for success. The RPC enables effective institutional engagement by maintaining a comprehensive regional view of partners and initiatives, supporting internal coordination across portfolios, and ensuring continuity, follow-through, and high-quality institutional records.
