We are looking for individuals who share our Mission, Vision, and Core Values. The Community Partnership Coordinator is to support the growth of our IDD / BH services throughout Arizona. This role is primarily focused on driving business growth by building relationships to generate client referrals. They are responsible for community outreach, promoting services, tracking referral metrics to increase revenue, and serving as the main point of contact for incoming referrals and service inquiries. This is a field-based, relationship-heavy position ideal for someone who understands the DDD and BH systems and thrives on building trust within the IDD community.

Requirements

  • Experience working within the AZ LTC, DDD and BH systems required
  • Proven experience in marketing, outreach, or referral-based roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to drive for Redwood Family Care Network.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for all incoming cold calls / emails
  • Track, manage, and follow up on vendor calls and referral sources to ensure timely follow up
  • Maintain consistent communication with referral sources regarding availability and service updates
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Represent the organization at vendor fairs, and community events
  • Ensure consistent visibility and engagement
  • Educate referral sources on all company service lines, including program availability
  • Provide clear, timely updates on openings and program changes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service capacity with referral opportunities
  • Ensure all vendor calls / referrals are followed up promptly and professionally
  • Act as a liaison between Referral Sources and internal operations teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation of referral activity and outcomes
  • Increase brand awareness across the Arizona IDD / BH community
  • Identify new partnership opportunities within the IDD ecosystem (schools, advocacy groups)
  • Attend networking events and conferences to strengthen presence
  • Maintain social media presence
