About The Position

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple skilled nursing facility (SNF) Dialysis units within a designated market or geographical region. This leadership role provides direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives, maintains compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributes to organizational growth and success.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least five years of management experience leading and directly managing frontline teams.
• Use discretion and judgment when handling confidential information and issues.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience managing staffing, budgets/P&L, growth, and stakeholder relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Managed care and multi-site experience preferred.
