About The Position

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple skilled nursing facility (SNF) Dialysis units within a designated market or geographic region. The ROM provides leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The role manages implementation of programs and initiatives, maintains compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributes to organizational growth and success. The position requires discretion and judgment when handling confidential information and experience managing staffing, budgets and profit-and-loss responsibilities, growth, and stakeholder relationships. Requirements

Associate degree required.
At least five years of management experience leading and directly managing frontline teams.
Use discretion and judgment when handling confidential information and issues.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience managing staffing, budgets/P&L, growth, and stakeholder relationships.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Managed care experience preferred.
Multi-site experience preferred.
