About The Position

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple skilled nursing facility (SNF) Dialysis units within a designated market or geographical region. Requirements

Associate degree.
A minimum of five years of management experience leading and directly managing frontline teams.
Discretion and judgment when dealing with confidential information and/or issues.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience managing staffing, budget/PnL, growth, and stakeholder relationships.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Managed care experience preferred.
Multi-site experience preferred.
