About The Position

VIP Medical Group is seeking a people-focused Regional Operations Director to lead clinic operations across a defined multi-state region. The role oversees clinic efficiency, profitability, and clinical excellence while supporting high-quality vein and pain treatments and a positive patient and teammate experience. This is a field leadership opportunity for a servant leader who can build relationships, coach teams, and translate strategic priorities into operational execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of multi-site operations leadership in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinic workflows, staffing models, and patient throughput.
• Proven ability to lead regional performance, team development, and P&L results.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally up to 70%.
• Compassionate, people-centered leadership with empathy, clarity, and accountability.
• Ability to execute and solve problems confidently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with physicians, clinical staff, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to align operations with business strategy while keeping patients and teammates at the center.

Nice To Haves

• Clinic, outpatient, or practice-based healthcare operations experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations across a defined multi-state region, ensuring clinics run efficiently, profitably, and with clinical excellence.
• Build, coach, and develop clinic teams, including front desk staff, medical assistants, and sonographers.
• Partner with physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to foster a collaborative, high-trust clinical environment.
• Translate strategic priorities into field execution, including clinic ramp-ups, staffing models, and patient engagement.
• Own regional performance and culture, ensuring patients and teammates feel heard, respected, and supported.
