The Regional OnSite Specialist will provide clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment for various account-specific contracted scopes of work and functions. This role involves leading on-the-job training and onboarding for OnSite Specialists, providing education on multiple products and complex situations, and coordinating daily operations with OnSite leaders to ensure effective execution and assessments of staffing and training. The specialist will also be available to fill staffing gaps, anticipate OR staff and surgeon needs during procedures, and coach other specialists on customer needs. Additionally, they will provide information on new and current minimally invasive surgical products to physicians and OR personnel, ensure effective surgical care related to third-party and Stryker Endoscopy equipment, and troubleshoot/maintain Stryker Endoscopy equipment. Accurate data recording and reporting, communication of account updates, and driving adherence to regulations, policies, and industry standards are key. Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, resolving product issues, and adhering to all company and facility policies are also essential. The role includes identifying continuing education opportunities, attending customer meetings, coordinating equipment management, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Adherence to HIPAA and Stryker's code of conduct is mandatory.
