This field-based role provides clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment for contracted scopes of work and functions at various accounts. The specialist will lead on-the-job training and onboarding for OnSite Specialists, provide education on products and processes, and coordinate daily operations with OnSite leaders to ensure effective execution and assessments of staffing and training. They will also be available to fill staffing gaps, anticipate device needs in the OR, and coach specialists on anticipating customer needs. The role involves providing physicians and OR personnel with information on minimally invasive surgical products, ensuring effective surgical care related to third-party and Stryker Endoscopy equipment, and troubleshooting/maintaining Stryker Endoscopy equipment. Accurate data recording and reporting, communicating account updates, and driving adherence to regulations, policies, and industry standards are key responsibilities. Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, analyzing and resolving product issues, and adhering to all Stryker and medical facility policies are also essential. The role includes communicating escalations, customer needs, and complaints, identifying continuing education opportunities, attending customer meetings, and coordinating equipment management. Supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality policies, and embodying Stryker's core values are also part of the role. Obtaining and maintaining HSPA Certification and carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned are required. A professional work ethic, attitude, and appearance are expected at all times.
