Dometic has won numerous NMMA Innovation Awards over the years, and we are always striving for new ways to make boating easier, safer, and more enjoyable. We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Regional OEM Sales Manager. This position reports to National Sales Manager and will work in remotely in the West & Central region within Florida. As the Regional OEM Sales Manager, you will drive sales efforts for Dometic Marine’s key product categories: Ride & Handling, Boat Living, and Mobile Power Solutions. This role requires managing assigned accounts within the territory, deeply understanding customer applications to support strategic selling, and building strong relationships with key boat builders. Additionally, the role may involve acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing in-depth technical knowledge and support across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of B2B or marine sales experience, with a proven track record in OEM sales
Strong technical knowledge, with expertise in Ride & Handling, Boat Living, and/or Mobile Power Solutions preferred
Demonstrated success in managing accounts, closing sizable contracts, and developing strong customer relationships
Proficient in MS Office and other business software
Strong sense of urgency and results driven
Skilled in strategic selling, with an ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product solutions
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with the AM team and other departments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proactive with a customer-first approach to solving problems and addressing needs

Responsibilities

Effectively manage and grow assigned OEM accounts within the territory, ensuring strong customer engagement and satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and applications, supporting value-based selling by aligning product solutions with customer challenges and goals.
Drive sales through a customer-focused approach, emphasizing the unique value proposition of Dometic’s products in OEM applications.
Manage key OEM accounts and collaborate with the AM team to provide a seamless customer journey from Dometic products at the OEM level to post-sales support.
Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
Drive business growth through effective sales planning and execution, ensuring sales targets and new business objectives are met or exceeded.
Lead product presentations, demonstrating technical advantages and aligning features with customer needs, while engaging multiple stakeholders in the decision-making process.
