About The Position

Window Nation is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive performance across an assigned set of markets. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for a data-driven marketer who enjoys turning insights into action and knows how to balance local market nuance with a strong national brand. You’ll monitor results by channel and vendor, optimize what’s working locally, and partner cross-functionally across Analytics, Digital, Creative, Events, Sales, PR, and third-party vendors to deliver measurable growth in lead volume, lead quality, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role

Nice To Haves

  • Experience preferred in home improvement, construction, or service-based industries
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior
  • Experience with performance marketing, analytics, and budget management
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (digital, creative, PR, sales, vendors)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation tools

Responsibilities

  • Drive Market Performance: Track performance by source/vendor across assigned markets. Partner with Analytics to report KPIs (leads, conversion, ROI). Turn insights into optimizations that improve channel results
  • Localize Digital + Creative for Each Market: Partner with Digital/Creative to tailor campaigns and assets locally. Oversee localized digital creative and traffic-driving tactics. Keep messaging on-brand while adjusting for local audiences
  • Coordinate Events + Sales Alignment: Work with Events to plan and maximize expos/trade shows. Align with Sales to ensure programs drive high-quality leads.
  • Support PR + Community Presence: Partner with PR on local community initiatives. Help build relationships with local media and partners.
  • Manage Vendors + Partners: Coordinate vendors/partners to ensure strong execution. Monitor performance and drive Continuous improvement
  • Own Budget Tracking: Track market spends and maintains budget controls. Ensure investment stays efficient and ROI-focused
  • Support New Market Launches: Support marketing plans for new market openings. Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness and execution
