Regional Marketing Manager, USA

Tsuga•New York, NY

About The Position

Tsuga is a cloud-native observability company that provides enterprise infrastructure and IT teams with data sovereignty, predictable costs, and open standards built on OpenTelemetry. Its software and expertise run inside customers’ own cloud environments. The Regional Marketing Manager will lead marketing for the assigned region, developing and executing programs that support regional sales goals and global company initiatives. The sales motion is top-down, executive-level, and enterprise-led, so the role works alongside sales to make that motion effective in the region. This is a hands-on position measured by revenue, with pipeline count and value tracked as leading indicators. The manager sets strategy and also executes programs directly. As Tsuga grows, regional marketing is expected to expand into specialist roles across campaigns, customers, partners, and events. The person in this role may be positioned to lead that team after demonstrating what works. The role is based in the US and can be remote, or hybrid with at least three days per week in the office where Tsuga has an office in the employee’s country. Regular travel is required. Employment is full-time through an Employer of Record contract.
