About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations across a growing multi-specialty dental organization in the Amarillo and West Texas region. This individual will provide operational leadership and support to approximately 5–10 dental locations, partnering with practice leaders and providers to drive performance, patient experience, team development, and overall operational success. The ideal candidate will have extensive dental leadership experience and a strong understanding of managing multiple specialties, including Oral Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, and General Dentistry.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of dental operations and/or multi-site leadership experience.
  • Previous experience managing multiple dental locations required.
  • Experience supporting or managing Oral Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, and General Dentistry required.
  • Demonstrated success in improving operational performance and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, staffing, scheduling, financial performance, and patient experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Amarillo and West Texas.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience working within a DSO or multi-specialty dental organization preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership and oversight for approximately 5–10 dental locations.
  • Partner with Practice Managers, Office Managers, Providers, and leadership teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, production, collections, scheduling, staffing, patient experience, and practice efficiency.
  • Support and mentor practice leadership teams to improve performance and accountability.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and retention of office leadership and team members.
  • Ensure consistency in policies, procedures, workflows, and patient service standards across all locations.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Support growth initiatives, new practice development, and organizational expansion as needed.
  • Travel regularly throughout Amarillo and the West Texas region to support assigned locations.
  • Build strong relationships with providers and practice teams across Oral Surgery, Pediatrics, Orthodontics, and General Dentistry.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually.
