About The Position

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for a defined territory across GTA, leading a team of Sales Representatives who promote premium television and audio products in retail environments. You will ensure your team is actively engaging customers, delivering key messaging, and driving brand awareness and sales. Through regular field visits, coaching, and hands-on leadership, you will play a key role in achieving performance targets and growing market share. The primary goal of this role is to grow sales and market share within your assigned territory. Performance is measured weekly, with clear targets for both individuals and the overall region. Bonus incentives are tied to achieving and exceeding these targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in retail
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and deliver results through a team
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and partner relationship management
  • Ability to support recruiting and hiring initiatives as needed
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends based on business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an asset)
  • Experience in wireless, consumer electronics, or appliance retail is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Drive all key business objectives including sales performance, client experience, and operational compliance
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed targets
  • Conduct regular field visits to support, coach, and ensure in-store execution excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance in underperforming locations
  • Ensure all team members complete required training and ongoing coaching programs
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, and onboarding to maintain full coverage across the territory
  • Support career development, succession planning, and employee retention
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including field reporting, payroll, communications, and HR-related activities
  • Generate performance reports identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities across the team
  • Ensure compliance with all field processes, policies, and guidelines
  • Maintain an effective and strategic weekly schedule aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and cross-functional teams on key initiatives
  • Participate in special projects as required
