About The Position

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 3–4 apartment communities in its Atlanta region portfolio, primarily in the Duluth and Buford areas. The role is responsible for community operations and performance, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, administrative work, property appearance, and performance metrics. The Regional Manager also leads and develops teams, supports resident experience and community standards, and ensures operational compliance.

This is a high-touch, hands-on leadership role. The Regional Manager works closely with property teams and corporate support teams, following clear processes and expectations to drive performance and maintain excellence. The position reports to the Sr. Regional Property Director.

Weinstein Properties owns and manages more than 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. The company remains family-owned and operated, with a focus on daily operations and customer experience.

Requirements

• Multi-site, area, or regional property management experience.
• Strong operations, resident relations, and people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across a small group of communities, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, administrative tasks, property appearance, and key performance metrics.
• Lead and develop people and property teams.
• Support resident experience and uphold community standards.
• Manage operational compliance and administration.
• Collaborate with corporate support teams and other functions.
• Work under the direction of the Regional Director to drive community performance and maintain operational excellence.
