As Regional Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities throughout Savannah and Augusta, Georgia, providing leadership and operational support to community management teams while ensuring exceptional service to residents and strong property performance. Your portfolio includes: Fellwood II – A family affordable housing community in Savannah offering quality apartment homes with amenities including a fitness center, community room, playground, gazebo, BBQ/picnic area, on-site laundry, and professional on-site maintenance. Fellwood III – A 55+ affordable senior community in Savannah featuring one- and two-bedroom apartment homes in a convenient location near shopping, dining, healthcare, and other local services. The Lenox – An affordable housing community in Augusta focused on providing quality housing in a professionally managed environment with a commitment to excellent resident service. Watson Pointe – An affordable apartment community in Augusta dedicated to providing safe, well-maintained housing and a positive living experience for residents. This position requires regular travel between properties to support site teams, ensure operational excellence, maintain compliance with affordable housing programs, and foster strong resident satisfaction. The Regional Manager works closely with Community Managers and corporate leadership to drive occupancy, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team development across the portfolio.
