About The Position
Carteret Management Corporation is hiring a Regional Manager to lead performance across a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Central Florida. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on direction to support operational success, regulatory compliance, and positive resident experiences. The Regional Manager partners with on-site teams to improve performance, optimize operations, and strengthen communities while upholding Carteret’s values of customer service, communication, and competency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Regional Manager, or at least 10 years as an on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent).
- Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
- Proven leadership in multi-site property management.
- Deep knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance.
- Strong operational and financial management skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Passion for developing teams and improving communities.
