About The Position

Carteret Management Corporation is hiring a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Central Florida. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on support of on-site teams to drive operational performance, regulatory compliance, and positive resident experiences. The Regional Manager will help optimize operations, develop teams, strengthen communities, and align work with Carteret’s values of customer service, communication, and competency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Regional Manager, or at least 10 years as an on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent).
• Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proven leadership in multi-site property management.
• Deep knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Passion for developing teams and improving communities.
