About The Position

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager to lead performance across a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Central Florida. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to support operational success, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident experiences. The Regional Manager partners with on-site teams to elevate performance, optimize operations, and strengthen communities while upholding Carteret’s values of customer service, communication, and competency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Regional Manager, or at least 10 years as an on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent).
• Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Proven leadership in multi-site property management.
• Deep knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Passion for developing teams and improving communities.
