About The Position

Directs company program and implements company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between company and Customer. Manages costs and revenues to meet company top and bottom line financial goals including: Expanding business, negotiating increases with Customers, reduction of operating costs, and or changes in schedules or processes. Coordinates and directs operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities and profitability that meet both the Customer’s contractual expectations but to exceed their service expectations resulting in the creation of complete Customer satisfaction. Maintains a safe work environment for self and employees by implementing comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc. Manages and retains a qualified staff that is reasonably satisfied with position and compensation, understands and is trained for their position and has a clear line of sight to the goals and expectations of the company and recognized the impact their contributions to the Company. Travel is required for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 5-8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

  • Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
