The Regional Manager will train and supervise Administrators at CCH regarding regulatory requirements in upholding state agency and contract requirements. This role involves training and supervising administrators on staff management, including disciplinary actions, rewards, and investigations, in partnership with HR. The Regional Manager will oversee all performance reviews to ensure timely delivery by Administrators and Leads, monitor administrator schedules for accurate supervision, and review program adherence to design. Key responsibilities include ensuring Biopsychosocial Assessments are completed within 7 days of resident admission, reviewing and approving various reports (IBST, ISP, SIR, PRRs) before submission, and identifying trends in SIRs/PRRs to collaborate with the QBMP for resolution. The role also involves partnering with the Senior Clinical Director (SCD)/Trainers to ensure clinical staff provide necessary training on identified trends, and overseeing required trainings and CEUs for residential programs. The Regional Manager will attend meetings with CCL, DDS, and Regional Centers, support Administrators with educational rights and school placement referrals, and aggregate data for audits and annual reporting. They will conduct record audits, prepare staff for QA interviews, and create monthly and 6-month restraint reports. The position may require filling in as Administrator during vacancies and supporting hiring efforts. Maintaining RBT certification, including PDUs, supervision trackers, and renewal, is also a requirement.
