About The Position

Sutherland Global Logistics/SEKO MEDTEC Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the financial, operational, compliance, and business development efforts of our Freight Forwarding division. This role requires strong, hands-on FREIGHT FORWARDING experience. Candidates must have direct freight forwarding experience to be considered.

Requirements

• Extensive Freight Forwarding experience (REQUIRED)
• 15+ years in the 3PL / logistics industry
• 7–10 years of leadership experience
• Ability to obtain TSA certification
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Background check required
• Drug screening required

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing multiple branches or regions
• Strong background in operations, compliance, and business development
• Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
• Familiarity with Intelex

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop General Managers, Business Development Managers, and Operations leaders across the region
• Drive growth, profitability, and compliance across all freight forwarding branches
• Ensure consistent execution of operational processes and company standards
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Build high-performing, team-oriented environments
• Partner with executive leadership to meet strategic goals
• Ensure strong communication across all levels of the organization
