About The Position

The Regional Manager oversees operations across a multi-site portfolio, including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building, and staff development. The role coordinates, directs, and manages Property Managers daily to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency while maintaining company standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager for a multi-site portfolio.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
Multi-site, multi-unit experience.
Willingness to relocate.
Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
Schedule flexibility, including nights and weekends, on-call availability, and possible travel.
Comply with brand and company uniform and hygiene policies.

Responsibilities

Achieve and maintain profit and occupancy goals.
Reduce expenditures through price shopping and negotiation.
Recruit, hire, and train Property Managers.
Enforce all company standards.
Assist with marketing efforts and maintain expected product quality.
Conduct monthly audits of all properties.
Verify security standards by spending a minimum of two overnight hours at the property.
Complete at least two competitor shops per month and submit a report to the VP of Operations.
Ensure collections and past-due balances are completed and collected.
Verify guest satisfaction, including customer service quality, room cleanliness, and timely handling of work orders.
