Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, ensuring reliable transportation.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards and policies, including federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform mental math for cash handling.
• Possess written, oral, and verbal English proficiency. Other language fluency is highly valued.
• Be able to view things from near and/or far distances.
• Be prepared to stand, walk or be in movement during working hours, which can be up to 10 hours in a shift.
• Be prepared for possible stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
• Be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs.
• Be prepared for exposure to chilly or hot weather.
• Be able to perform occasional ascending or descending on ladders or ramps.
• Be prepared for frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
• Help customers learn our menu, different products, and current specials.
• Embody the culture at Dutch Bros, as we are in the relationship business.
• Ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered, maintaining speed, quality, and service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and look at the sunny side of everything.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go, communicating availability needs and following proper call out procedures.
• Support as needed when unexpected situations arise.
