About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Las Vegas, Nevada, to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced, high-energy coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them choose from the menu, prepare drinks, and contribute to a positive team environment. The role is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds.
